Operation is optional from manual, semi-automation and fully automation. Complete configuration will be make out as to your detailed requirement and contruction conditions. Material is 316L or SUS304, professional Tig welding, internal wall and surface polished. Jacket cooling jacket fermenters and brite tanks, fully insulated by PU.

3 Kettle Beer Machine

The steam heating brewhouse is 3 vessel German type.

This brewhosue includes, but not limited to

1. 3 vessels connected well by pipes and valves. With 2 mashing pump and lautering pump.

2. SUS316L Stainless Steel are completely used.

3. Convenient cabinet control of all brewing process, semi-automatic operation brewery.

4. With mobile CIP for cleaning fermentation and conditioning tanks.

1. Conical fermentation tank and horizontal lagering tank are available.

2. SUS304, internal wall 3mm, inner welds polished; outer shell 2mm, surface polished.

3. With cooling jacket on cylinder and conical bottom. Equipped with chiller and glycol tank.

4. Side manhole, top CIP spray heads, security valve and pressure measurement.

5. Conical fermenter is 60 degree bottom, equipped with tap, temperature sensor, faucet.

6. Glycol inlet and outlet.

7. PU insulation 50mm.
